New Sergeant Guide on What Works for 2026

I’ve given my premium What Works: Evidence and Examples for Sergeant guide an overhaul. If you’re a Constable seeking promotion to Sergeant in 2026, interested in Fast Track, or just wanting to hone your leadership CPD, this is perfect for you.
